It was my birthday yesterday! I had a very nice celebration. I invited many friends over. I decided that it was a good idea to head over to The Cage to play soccer to celebrate and I did just that. When we were at The Cage, I realised that i had forgotten to bring my soccer ball. I panicked. How were we going to play soccer without a soccer ball? However, i was very lucky and fortunate that I could borrow a ball from The Cage for free. We played as soon as we got the ball. Sadly, we had only a few people and we grew tired very easily.
Fortunately, some other friends arrived to play with us. Since there was more people, it was less tiring for everyone. We played well as teams and scored many brilliant goals. Soon, our two hours were up and we had to leave. We then decided to go to the nearby KFC to have lunch. There, free drink refills were available. We had a very enjoyable lunch before we headed to my house.
At my house, we played many games like Fifa 09 and Dota. We had nice refreshments and great snacks. It was a lovely day to spend with my friends, I thought to myself. We chatted as we played and got to know more about each other. We used the computer to do our work and play our games at the same time. We listened to music too. We watched entertaining movies like Scary Movie 3, IP man and even the Harry Potter series. Time passed quickly and before we knew it, it was already getting late. My mother odered pizza for us! It arrived in an hour's time, I truly enjoyed the meal. I always loved eating pizza and so do my friends! Sadly after dinner, my friends had to go home.
All my friends soon left and I was alone. It was an unforgettable experience, I thought to myself. I was sad they had to leave, but there was school next day and they had to have a nice sleep before school resumed. I, too, had to have a nice sleep for the next day. As I laid on my bed, I secretly wished that I could have as many birthday parties as I wanted.
